Service
Our service department is highly competent. We have award-winning technicians ready to service your car, no matter what make or model you drive. A San Francisco customer recently had his Range Rover serviced by us, under warranty. His Range Rover was not purchased here, but rather on the East Coast.
Obviously, it’s not feasible to take the SUV over 2000 miles to be serviced by the dealer from which he purchased it. After an unpleasant experience with the Range Rover dealership in the Bay Area, he called the dealer from whom he had originally purchased his vehicle and asked for a recommendation.
That dealership recommended that he contact us. Although we are nearly 200 miles away from his new home in San Francisco, our service manager arranged to have the Range Rover picked up at his home, brought to us for service, and returned to him. The entire bill, including pickup and delivery, was covered under warranty.
If you check out our Google review, we have a 4.9/5 average, with over 1,100 customers having left feedback. It’s pretty difficult to get much better than that. That’s about as close to perfect as possible. But the results reveal the truth: we are a customer-service-oriented dealership. We aim to please. This isn’t just lip service or a trite statement. The aforementioned reviews demonstrate this fact as well.
